iRip saves current and potential owners of Apple's award-winning iPod time by transferring their CD collection to the portable music device.

iRip (http://www.irip.biz) today debuted as the least expensive CD-to-iPod transferring (ripping) service to date. The service assists current and prospective iPod owners by taking their CDs and "ripping" them to their iPod, often saving the iPod owner hours. All Orders are tracked via iRip's unique Client Order Management web application, letting the customer know their order's exact status.

The Apple® iPod® is one of the most popular personal electronic devices in history and is easily the most popular portable music player today. Millions of people own iPods but few have the time or patience to sit down and rip their usually large CD collection to their new iPod. Some simply don't understand how to do it. iRip's goal is to help those people fuel their digital life.

Currently, existing transferring services present the user with a complicated ordering process. iRip has built its web application from the ground up to provide the customer with a smooth yet simple experience throughout the transaction. Throughout the ripping process, the customer can track his or her order through iRip's website. Some existing transferring services also lack professionally trained personnel or even agents who have undergone any sort of testing of their qualifications. A transaction through iRip is handled by Certified Apple Product Professionals who not only know what they're doing, but have also been approved by Apple.

The iRip process couldn't be easier for the consumer. After completing their order via our custom-developed ordering system, iRip will mail the client a 200 lbs-test crush-proof box via UPS Ground (UPS Overnight for expedited service). The client simply places their iPod in a padded bag within another reinforced box and then puts that and the CD collection in the larger box. Using an included UPS shipping label, the client hands the package to their UPS man and iRip takes it from there!

iRip service costs only $1 per CD for standard service, more than 30% off the price of our nearest competitor. Standard service includes three-way UPS Ground shipping and expedited service includes three-way UPS Overnight shipping. There is a 30 CD minimum and service is offered for the Apple iPod, the Apple iPod mini and the Apple iPod by HP. The iRip service is available now at http://www.irip.biz.
