Homeland Security After the Election

The Shape of Homeland Security to Come – In HSToday

WASHINGTON, D.C. (PRWEB) October 18, 2004 – On November 2, homeland security will be high on many voters’ minds. It was a key issue during the presidential debate and will be a campaign focus in the days to come.

What can Americans expect in homeland security from each candidate?

HSToday, the monthly magazine for homeland security policymakers and decision makers, examines this significant topic in its October cover story, The Shape of HS to Come.

HSToday canvases the experts, the operatives and the players to see what policies and people John Kerry and George W. Bush would bring to homeland security after the election.

“Rarely have the differences been so stark and the stakes so high in an American election and never more so than in homeland security,” says HSToday Editor David Silverberg. “We wanted to give our readers the clearest possible picture of what the future will likely hold no matter who wins.”

Also in the October issue, HSToday provides snapshots of the people who could step into Tom Ridge’s shoes.

How will Kerry or Bush perform? Get an expert’s view…
