The Gallery Lounge on Brannan, an Art Gallery and Cocktail Lounge Announces Its Grand Opening
A grassroots art gallery and cocktail lounge in San Francisco held its grand opening October 15, 2004. Over 100 guests shared wine and cocktails and viewed original art works from Jennifer Kaufman, Brad Rhodes and Ezra Cattan.
(PRWEB) October 21, 2004 -- The Gallery Lounge on Brannan, located at 510 Brannan Street, San Francisco, held its grand opening soiree on Friday October 15th. The event kicked off a month long rotation of original art works by local abstract artists Brad Rhodes, Jennifer Kaufman and Ezra Cattan. Their art works are on display and available for sale at the gallery through November. Thumbnail sample prints of the works are also displayed on the gallery's website.
The Gallery Lounge is excited to announce that renowned San Francisco-based artist John Kraft will showing his limited edition Giclee prints at the Gallery beginning in December. Influenced by the works of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol, Kraft's bold colors, strong black lines and crisp compositions are currently featured on About.com and Dwell magazine.
The Gallery Lounge is a sleek and modern art gallery with full cocktail bar and lounge seating, located in the trendy "South of Market" neighborhood, about 1/2 mile east of Market Street (at 4th). The bar is open daily except Sunday and offers drink specials during the early evening hours and during artist receptions. Bar hours are 4pm to midnight, Monday through Wednesday, 4pm to 2am Thursday and Friday and 7pm to 2am Saturday. The space is available for private parties on Sundays by booking in advance, and is open by appointment at other times.
