Dickson bring over 19 years of telephony experience in sales and marketing. Tom held numerous director positions in managed services, vertical markets, and packaged product divisions. He distinguished himself as an industry expert, and is often requested for speaking engagements at technology conferences.

Prior to Intervoice, Dickson was National Account Manager at Strategic Telecom and was awarded employee of the year". He sold more that 140,000 IVR telephone devices in hotels across the country. Focusing on chains, he established himself as an industry leader.

Dickson began his telephony career as President of The Telephone Store, a one store location, just after divesture. He grew sales from $230,000 to $940,000 in only two years, while decreasing expenses by 15%. They expanded from one location to three locations and a service center prior to being bought out by his largest competitor.
