Le Chef Complet Open House will Highlight New Innovative Kitchen Tools Created by Local Inventor

Le Chef Complet on Brant Street will have a special guest at their open house on Saturday October 30th. All eyes will be on local inventor Greg Galante, president of Kitchen Innovations Inc., as he demonstrates his latest culinary inventions -- The Pastry Pro and The Gourmet Blender -- two innovative kitchen tools that are already garnering critical acclaim from professionals and lay-chefs alike. Patrick Plunkett, owner of Le Chef Complet, will be opening the festivities at 12 noon. Burlington Mayor, Rob MacIsaac, will also be present to enjoy the plentiful food, hands-on demonstrations and discussions with Galante -- Burlingtons very own culinary inventor. All are invited to attend.

The new tools were first envisioned two years ago when Galante, an investment banker by training and chef at heart, grew increasingly frustrated at his efforts to create a perfect pastry.
