Israel Must Accept Some of the Blame for the Problems That They Are Having Today With Muslims

If radical religious beliefs are contributing factors toward terrorism today, there is only one way to solve this problem. Jews must be the first to reaccess their religious philosophy and seek out ways to attain peace.

(PRWEB) October 24, 2004 -- Israel must accept some of the blame for the problems that they are having today with Muslims. Their ancestors were the originators of a religious ideology that spread to Christianity and Islam. It has caused rifts between nations for centuries. Jews originated the concept of a monotheistic deity who was considered the ruler of all existence, like a king of the universe.

This belief in a single deity who caused catastrophes, punished people if they did not pray to or worship and obey his commandments; a deity who created the universe out of nothing as if by magic was brought about by hysteria and superstition. Human fallibility and misconceptions have labeled this deity God/Allah for past millennia as one who interferes with the natural forces and free will of people. The burden of responsibility to correct this misconception lies on the shoulders of the originators, the Jews.

In this 21st Century, the Age of Technology, we are still plagued by religious beliefs that may be a contributing cause of terrorism, killings and wars between nations. When establishing an association with the present day problems between Jews, Christians and Muslims we can come up with numerous answers however if there were no distinctions between Muslims, Jews, and Christians, strife and borders would be nonexistent. Muslims have been led to believe that they must expand Islam by any means at their disposal in order to please this supreme deity. Because of this belief, in many regions occupied by Muslims conflicts have arisen with their neighbors.

Open-minded people must use common sense to determine whether this deity was incorrectly perceived, misinterpreted and misunderstood by the masses of a bygone era. This thought process needs to be brought up to date. Fanaticism needs to be corrected by the originators of the original concept. In order to accomplish this, Jews, the originators must modernize their belief system and reassess their concept of the supreme deity to include a deity that is composed of a spiritual government rather then a dominant ruler who enslaves his subjects. They will have to to diminish the powers of their deity. This new concept is a deity that never has and never will interfere with anything on earth or in the universe.

If logic is to prevail, it will require a realization by Jews, Christians and Muslims that their deity is the same pure rational intelligent deity that does not need or require human enslavement. This logic would dictate a realizations that most peoples' present concept of their deity is flawed and corrections, truth, logic and common sense must eventually prevail if humanity wishes to exist peacefully on an earth where populations are pushed closer together through technology.
