Tori Morgenstein, in conjunction with NSU, FANS and SASA bring you the second annual From the Dark and Quiet places," a fundraising event for domestic violence awareness. With their unique style, these two Warrior Poets bring their voices and step to the front lines to stand beside those already there to fight. This years event rides the wave of momentum built upon last years events success and the soon to be released book, ...that defines the light." the full length book of poetry based on the self-published booklet sold at last years event.

Event will be held- Tuesday Oct. 26th from 7-9pm. It will be held at the Flight Deck on NSU campus, 3301 College Ave, Davie, FL 33304. There will be poetry, spoken word, and musical performances addressing crimes against innocence including, but not limited to, domestic violence and child abuse. Funds will be raised by donations at the door, t-shirt sales and raffles.
