Music75.COM Proves the Internet is the Most Effective Tool for Musical Creation

In September of 2004, Music75.com, the first online collaborative label, launched a unique project called: Unity Project." The Unity Project includes a song written, composed and interpreted by artists from all over the world.

(PRWEB) October 25, 2004 -- The concept: Music75.com places at the disposal of its members, project spaces where authors, music composers and singers can share and work together to create original songs. In the case of "Unity Project," Music75 introduced to the community the vision of a song designed to not only be written, but shared by the entire world. After favorable response from members, the project was launched with lyrics written by Louisianan Gina Simon. Soon more than twenty Music75 members from twelve separate nations signed up to participate in this distinctive campaign.

Many compositions were proposed. Finally, after much intense deliberation, the innovative music from French composer, Remi Pourlverel of Paris (France), was chosen and retained for the project. The casting of the singers has now begun, and will be completed at the end of November. Many diverse vocalists are preparing submissions for the song. Portions of these submissions will be chosen and mixed for the final, "Unity Song." The sentiment portrayed by participating members is overwhelmingly unified and supportive. The song will, no doubt, be earnest and sincere, straight from the heart.

Diffusion: This title will be available for listening on January 1, 2005 on theMusic75 site to 00h00 GMT. Music75 has several radios partners lined up to air the Unity Song at the appropriate release time for their countries. These radios are based in England, Switzerland, Spain and The United States. However, there are many nations not yet represented in this campaign. Music75 welcomes any and all new stations to sign up now for this exciting crusade.

After the initial release, the title will be available for sale through downloading on the Music75 site. It is music75s mission to promote its own artists (0.68 Euro/single). Part of the proceeds from the Unity Project will be transferred to non-profit institutes. A CD single is also envisioned for the campaign, which will gather the versions of this title in other languages (Spanish, Italian, French...).
