During the conference, Silanis will be showing its eMortgage solutions that enable lenders to conduct end-to-end electronic mortgage transactions from initial disclosure delivery and presentment, straight through to delivery of closing documents to the secondary market.

· eDisclosure – Support for electronic delivery, presentment and signing of the upfront mortgage application disclosure documents.

· eClosing – Support for the electronic review, presentment and signing of all the documents in the mortgage closing package. In addition, the solution supports electronic notarization and electronic recording.

· eVaulting - Support for the creation, management and secure storage of the authoritative copy of the mortgage eNote. It also supports registration with the Mortgage Electronic Registration System (MERS) eNote Registry, custodial storage and transfer of assignment.
