Public Complaints Service Launched - Complaintscentre.com -- The Independent Site That Gives Consumers a Voice

The new website ComplaintsCentre.com is an independent site dedicated to giving the public a voice when complaining to the organisations we all deal with on a daily basis. The site has been set up by founding partners who realise that many of us are fed up with having to fight to receive the level of service that paying customers deserve. If you have a complaint, complain!

(PRWEB) October 29, 2004 -- Methods of dealing with customers are changing -- whether this is face-to-face, on the phone or via email, many customers feel as though they are 'lost in the system' and that their complaints are not really being heard.

Why should customers be treated as if they are in the wrong, when they have been wrongly informed by other employees of the same organisation?

Recent research by YouGov surveyed over 2,000 consumers, with 64% indicating they felt that call centres offer particularly low standards of service. In addition, 46% had received poor quality service from call centres in the last 12 months, and 21% cited bad service from banks, financial institutions and utility companies. As highlighted in the BBC's recent Brassed Off Britain Series there are ten organisations that cause the most complaints: Banks, Car dealers, Call Centres, Delivery firms, Estate Agents, Holidays, DIY, Junk Mail, Mobile Phone Companies and Railways. Their online survey highlighted Junk Mail, Banks, and Call Centres as the top three organisations that 'will brass us off' and cause the most complaints.

Clearly the feeling of dissatisfaction is growing and Complaints Centre is going to highlight these failures in procedure and customer care to the board of directors of the organisations in question.

Send us your complaints and our dedicated Complaints Team will ensure your voice is heard at the director level within the organisation. As the site develops you will be able to visit complaintscentre.com to look for support networks and people with similar complaints. We are hoping to launch a telephone helpline, to allow you to complain via the phone as well as online and via text (Text provided by our associates Grumbletext.co.uk).

Our aim is to provide a free of charge complaints service for everybody. Working directly with customer complaints and directors of the organisation, we will help drive improvements for the public.

Complaintscentre.com has direct access to director level contacts in every major organisation in the UK. Your complaint will be supported by direct contact from complaintscentre.com.

If an organisation has caused you stress or dissapointment, complain! www.complaintscentre.com
