LOS ANGELES, CA (PRWEB) October 28, 2004
Klinedinst PC today announced plans to aggressively expand its employment practice group in Los Angeles.
Klinedinst PC has long been recognized for its experience in employment law matters. The firm has solidifed its reputation defending employers in complex employment cases, both inside and outside the courtroom. As one of the firm's largest practice groups, the employment team at Klinedinst serves clients throughout California with team members stationed in each of the firm's four locations.
Today's announcement represents the continued expansion of the Los Angeles office. Klinedinst Los Angeles currently handles a wide array of litigation, including employment, entertainment and sports law, real estate and professional liability. Within the next 90 days, the firm plans to double capacity to handle specifically employment matters, primarily through the addition of associates and additional technology upgrades.
"Los Angeles is an important market for our firm," commented John D. Klinedinst, Founder and CEO of Klinedinst PC. "We've recently expanded our downtown Los Angeles office. In the coming months, we'll be adding additional employment litigators and reaching out to employment clients in new and unique ways."
One of the ways the firm distinguishes itself in a crowded legal field is through its annual employment law symposiums. The symposiums offer a valuable forum for employers and HR professionals to discuss employment law issues, and get a glimpse of what lies ahead for California business. The next symposium will be held on December 9, 2004, and will cover California's wage and hour requirements, the Labor Code Private Attorneys General Act, unfair business practices, Sarbanes-Oxley, and other timely topics.
Another way the firm helps employers is through its monthly newsletter. Available at no charge, the Klinedinst Employment Law Update reviews proposed legislation that could impact employers, and helps business keep in compliance with judicial decisions.
"Our offices are handling a larger volume of employment cases than ever before," continued Klinedinst. "With the opening of our Sacramento office, and the addition of employment associates in Los Angeles, we'll increase our capacity for new and existing clients. Yet, we'll continue to provide the same cutting-edge legal representation our business clients have come to expect."
