Ultimate Jukebox Inc Changes Name to NetMusic Entertainment Corporation

SEATTLE, WA (PRWEB) October 30, 2004 -- Ultimate Jukebox, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ULJK) has changed its name to NetMusic Entertainment Corporation to better reflect the companys digital music initiatives. The company, which sells and operates digital jukeboxes, recently merged with NetMusic Corporation of Seattle, WA and expanded into the consumer digital music download market.

The NetMusic brand is a strong one, says Glen Starchman, the companys CEO. Changing the name to NetMusic Entertainment Corporation allows us the instant recognition that NetMusic enjoys and is a better descriptor for our core business."

As part of the name change the company will be moving its corporate headquarters to Edmonds, WA, just north of Seattle.
