Second iDJ iPodparty in the Netherlands

After the succes from the first iDJ iPodparty, that was sold out, we're invited to do the second version in the Amsterdam RAI. From April 19-21 we're on the Macexpo exhibition with the iDJ Party lounge together with a Podcast-studio. On wednesday-evening the 20th there's the real iDJ iPodparty. We expect about 1000 people to come to our party. We have two different stages: one pro-stage for the iDJ contest and a free stage for the people that haven't got a iDJ T-shirt but still want to play the DJ.

Dance and democracy
The iPodparty is better know as 'old fahioned' playing records with new friends, like we used to do in the old days, but now on the most ... mp3-player in the world the iPod. The partypeople are as divers as the music: from funky soul and pop to dance and hip-hop. Everyone that have an mp3-player filled with good music is invited to come to the party, and if you want to stand in the spotlights, this is your chance to play the DJ.

Los iPod
Welcome to 'Los iPod'. The event were you can share your tunes and toughts. Podplug your ears into another iPod. Dutch radio will do interviews with Podpeople in the Podcast-studio. The reports are available on the net and can be played via iTunes on your ipod. The voting for the best iDJ is by sms. The two best will close the evening in a 'batlle' for the first price. The man to beat is the winner from the first party, iDJ 16, the 59-year old professor in architecture on the The Hague High School.
