Ms. Mobus joined the company in February 2004, was promoted to Gold Designer on April 13, Half Carat Designer in June, and she continued her journey up the ladder of leadership to Diamond Designer status in July. Mobus has continued to establish personalized action plans with individuals interested in being their own boss & deciding on when they want to work.
In less than six months, Mobus was promoted to Diamond Designer status with ten recruits and has continued to build the Design Your Destiny team. As of this writing, Mobus has 27 professional individuals on her downline in various areas of the United States. Twenty-two of the Designers on Mobus' downline have joined in the last 4 months. Ms. Mobus has also earned two Ladder of Leadership awards, which are based on team sales. Kara Weigle from California and Linda Rabe of Michigan, members of Mobus' team, have recently received promotions based on their leadership roles as well.
Contributing to Mobus' fast growth with the company is her voluntarily attendance at local, regional and national conferences and meetings, participation in conference call training opportunities with Home & Garden Party staff, and regular correspondence with her upline. Mobus states, "Home and Garden Party provides unique training opportunities to Independent Designers and it is up to us to take advantage of them. On a recent training call, a fellow Designer shared that you can not fail at anything unless you want to. The same is true for succeeding. Ms. Mobus' family has been actively supportive of her Home & Garden Party venture by organizing Designer information packets and preparing home party invitation mailings. "My family enjoys being involved in my business because it is fun and because they are aware of how rewarding it can be," says Mobus, who recently earned a weekend getaway in a company promotion. She passed the prize onto her parents as a thank you gift for their involvement and support.
Mobus joined her fellow Designers in Nashville, Tennessee in July 2004 for Home and Garden Partys National Rally training event. The training provided by Home and Garden Party is excellent. It is duplicatable, which is key in a business where current leaders are training future leaders."
