Frederick Douglass Book Fair @ UMass Dartmouth

The Frederick Douglass Book Fair bringssmall press and self-published authors to the UMass Dartmouth campus.

North Dartmouth, MA (PRWEB) November 5, 2004 --- The Frederick Douglass Book Fair is a first of its kind event for UMass, bringing small press and self-published Black authors to the campus and local community on Friday, November 19, 2004, from 1 -- 4PM.

The event will included readings by authors of excerpts from their work, as well as autographed copies of their products available for sale. Authors and presses featured include Nishawnda Ellis, Kelvin L. Reed, Haywood Fennell, Sr., On Davis, Mamadou Chinyelu, Pheralyn Dove, MoonChild Publishing, DuEwa M. Frazier, David Miller, Ruth-Miriam Garnett, Talking Drum Press, and Tony Vandermeer.
