pixtera Corporation (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the retention of Florida-based Kpartnerz, Inc. (http://www.kpartnerz.com/). Kpartnerz will help guide and develop the Company’s sales and marketing, licensing and OEM strategies in the Asian marketplace in preparation of the Company launching its UbiqueReader™ and UbiqueWare™ product lines through its wholly-owned Australian subsidiary, Ubiq Technologies Pty Ltd, based in Adelaide, Australia.

The Company is also negotiating to complete the acquisition of a wholly owned Chinese subsidiary operating in the fields of wireless technology and public safety. The subsidiary is also a Beijing 2008 Olympics technology solutions provider. Negotiations are at an advanced stage. Kpartnerz will assist pixtera in identifying new product markets and potential synergistic technologies that will result in revenue sharing agreements.

Kpartnerz performs the international business development role for companies looking to export their products to, or license their intellectual property in Asia. Its clients are as diverse as Fortune 500 companies and three-man startups. While primarily focused on wireless telephony and data, other clients include consumer electronics and medical equipment vendors. Most recently, Kpartnerz sold three licenses on behalf of MeshNetworks, one of the world leaders in wireless ad hoc peer-to-peer networking. Other technology clients have included Lucent, Motorola, Rambus, Triton Network Systems, and VocalTec. Allen H. Kupetz, the president and founder of Kpartnerz, served as the telecommunications policy officer for the U.S. Embassy in Seoul from 1992-96 and is a frequently published author and conference speaker.
