Pivot Solutions Announces David Levine as New VP of Engineering

With over 17 years of experience in software engineering, Mr. Levine joins Pivot Solutions from IMLogic, a leading provider of enterprise infrastructure software solutions for Instant Messaging. At IMLogic, he served as the Director of Professional Services and was responsible for defining and building their services organization and its suite of services. Prior to IMLogic, he served two years on the advisory board of Life Harbor Investments prior to joining the company as the Director of Solutions Architecture.
David is a tremendous talent with extensive experience within financial services and we're excited to have him join the Pivot Solutions team," said Furqan Nazeeri, CEO of Pivot Solutions. During his time with IMLogic, Mr. Levine co-managed the IMLogic early adopter program for its IM Linkage product, building the program from its inception to over 70 firms comprised of the worlds most prominent ISVs and enterprises.
Prior to his time at IMLogic, Mr. Levine held senior positions at Cambridge Technology Partners, Scient Corporation and as an independent consultant to Wellington Management Company in Boston. He is a sought after public speaker and industry expert on standards for the financial services industry and object-oriented technologies; having participated on several standards bodies including OSF, OMG, FIX, and MMI.
Mr. Levine earned a BA in Computer Science and Mathematics from University of Rochester and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Boston University. He currently resides in Westborough, MA.
