New Way to Propose Marriage Using Unique Artwork Creation from myDaVinci.com

Young man finds a new and creative way to propose marriage to his girlfriend with the help of myDaVinci.com using his photos and company's artwork. Girlfriend and family members are in awe.

(PRWEB) November 5, 2004 -- Modern couples are finding new and creative ways to propose marriage nowadays. No longer content with a dinner with the boxed engagement ring, they are looking for unique and affordable ways to "pop the question". Proposing on the scoreboard video screen at the ballpark can be very expensive and not very original. Imagine the embarrassment of the man if when shown on the enormous video screen, the girlfriend looks less than thrilled knowing millions of people are watching for her reaction. What if, heaven forbid, she says "no"? And hiring a blimp or a private airplane with a banner is not only very expensive, it seems outdated.

Bill Peterson, from Saddlebrook New Jersey, had a better idea. He wanted to "WOW" his girlfriend and with the help of myDaVinci.com he made a pop-art creation using his photos. Bill used photos of himself and his girlfriend's face in a surprised pose for this picture. MyDaVinci was able to combine the images and create a unique piece of art that is more personal than anything you could purchase off the rack".

Bill needed a clever way to surprise his girlfriend, Sandy Meyer with this unique art creation once it was delivered to him. He arranged with an art gallery to let him place his finished artwork there so he could bring her to the gallery to browse and "come upon it" . Ahead of time, he sprinkled a row of gorgeous red rose petals on either side of a path he created leading to the artwork. He also added several dozen candles to illuminate the way and add a very romantic touch. The roses gave a sweet and subtle aroma that made you want to walk down the aisle to the artwork which was carefully placed on an ornate easel that was well lit. The presentation was so exquisite and romantic no one seeing it could hold back their tears.

Needless to say, when Sandy saw the artwork she was amazed and extremely touched by the gesture and said, "I can't believe you did this Bill, this is the most romantic thing you have every done for me.....of course I will... YES!" Several employees at the art gallery admit to having tears in their eyes as they watched this event unfold. Bill certainly has raised the bar for other men by this creative and unique way to propose. They went out to dinner following this visit to the art gallery and immediately chose the same date next October for their wedding, so that their anniversaries will commemorate the date of engagement. The artwork also will be displayed at the engagement parties.

Bill is quoted as saying to myDaVinci, "Im engaged!!! I dont think Ive ever seen anyone as completely shocked as Sandy was on Saturday afternoon. The proposal went absolutely amazingly with no glitches. Both of us, as well as our families are in awe of the art creation. I couldn't have done this without you!" The couple now has a lasting artwork to commemorate the special occasion.

You can commission your own special artwork creation from $14.95 to $600 and the artwork can take from two days to three weeks to create depending on the style you choose. The pop art designs start at $14.95, a very detailed hand drawn sketch costs $49.95 and oil paintings starting higher. There is a style and cost for everyones budget. To get ideas for gift giving or for a lasting artwork for yourself you can check out their website at: www.mydavinci.com. You can e-mail photos or send in the mail which ever option suits your situation. Artwork can be shipped as a print or completely framed.
