Thousands of Votes Turned Away - Register to Show You Could Not Vote

Thousands of people where turned away from polling places across America . .we are collecting emails of people who could not vote due to long lines!

(PRWEB) November 4, 2004 -- Gulfwarrior.org is collecting names and emails of people who COULD not vote due to the long lines at election polling places.

Many people could not vote on Novemember 2nd for a variety of reasons. In my home near Yucaipa, California my neighbor was told "come back later" as he visited the polls long line at 6:30pm. Of course he had other things to do in life and never got to vote. Others found lines so incredibly long they left in frustration. In western Illinois a student waited as other couldn't wait in line- "Five hours in line, waiting.
13,000 on campus Western Illinois students were registered to vote, with only ONE polling place for all of them, plus anyone who lives near campus.

You know what I think of that?"

In such a close race it is unacceptable that people couldn't vote. How can the turnout have been so underestimated at some polling places?

Please use our site to sign our petition that
1. You couldn't vote because of the long lines, or were turned away from the voting place.

I believe we can't call this a fair election until the people that weren't allowed to vote get their voice heard.

We are asking for none of the popular vote totals to be announced until all the voters who were turned away are allowed to vote (even if it takes weeks to mail them in). Please call your elected officials and DEMAND that all of our populace is allowed to VOTE!

Use our registration page below to sign our petition!

We will collect names and emails to see how many voters COULD NOT vote. We will send out news to anyone signing up on how you can make your vote count.
