International retailer and wholesaler of fashion clothing and accessories, French Connection UK were looking for an automated job scheduling solution to eliminate their overnight manual batch processing, develop a more reliable means of monitoring their enterprise and in turn, proactively improve business performance.

Initially to manage overnight workload through SAP and SAP BW the plan is to propagate the use of Cronacle as new applications and functionality are added to their IT systems -- in particular the Java point-of-sale system .
