The audit was performed by SAS 70 Solutions, Inc. and covered Tax Partners compliance processes, technology, treasury operations and technical infrastructure as well as other key areas of its business operations. Tax Partners is the first and only sales tax compliance service bureau which offers this level of SAS 70 Type II Certification assurance to its clients.
Tax Partners had this audit performed to provide clients with an efficient way to meet the needs of external auditors and to address documentation and attestation needs related to Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
