Taye Drums Announces Endorser George Lawrence Playing Drums For POCO On Tour In 2004 - 2005
Taye Drums announced today Taye Endorser George Lawrence has been playing drums for famed pioneering country rock band POCO, and will continue with the band when they resume touring in Spring 2005. George has been filling in for original POCO drummer and co-founder George Grantham, who suffered a stroke on stage earlier in the year and is currently in recuperation. POCO will be completing their 2004 Tour at the Pepsi Roadhouse in Burgettstown, PA (Pittsburgh) on Thursday, 12 November; they will be sharing the bill with the Little River Band. POCO will resume touring Spring 2005. POCO will also be releasing their long awaited new live CD (with bonus DVD) on 23 November entitled 'Keep The Legend Alive, which will be available in stores worldwide and on their website.
