CHAMPS Announces Two Regional Managers

The Coalition of Healthcare Administrative Management Professionals (CHAMPS) has announced the appointment of two regional managers, Elizabeth Williams of Livermore, California and David Alvarado of San Antonio, Texas.

(PRWEB) November 6, 2004 -- The Coalition of Healthcare Administrative Management Professionals (CHAMPS) has announced the appointment of two regional managers. Elizabeth Williams of A&E Billing Solutions, LLC, based in Livermore, CA has accepted the position of West Coast Regional Manager. The states in the west coast region include: California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, New Mexico, Montana, Utah, Nevada and Wyoming

David Alvarado, 1st MedNet Group of San Antonio, Texas is assigned to the Southern Region. States in the southern region are: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Texas, Florida and Louisiana.

Both Regional Managers will be responsible for communicating with member companies in their region, development and implementation of policies and procedures, organizing membership campaigns,regional marketing and participating in healthcare conferences and seminars.

CHAMPS was founded in September 2004. CHAMPS mission is two-fold. First, it was created to market on behalf of its members. Second, CHAMPS will act as a referral base for those medical providers seeking healthcare administrative services.

To date, there are 19 member companies throughout the United States -- UT, OH, MD, PA, NJ, DE, NY, SC, CA, AZ, CO, FL, TX, MN, NV and MA. Members of CHAMPS own companies that specialize in medical billing, collections, credentialing, medical transcription, practice management, web design, and coding, business plan development and managed care contracting.
