Local Musician Lends a Helping Hand to Troubled Youth

Orlandos own singer/songwriter, Tina Nicole, is teaming up with the Florida Youth Chamber of Commerce to promote music to troubled teenagers. On Friday, November 19th, Tina Nicole will be holding a music workshop at the FYCC in which she will be teaching youth the aspects of songwriting, performing, recording and how to play the guitar.

(PRWEB) November 7, 2004 -- This is the Florida Youth Chamber of Commerces first attempt at a musical workshop but they believe Tina Nicole is the person for the job. Fred Patterson, Co-Founder of the FYCC, states that Many unfortunate youth are interested in music but there is currently no programs for them. We felt that if we could bring in someone like Tina Nicole we could show these children that they can achieve their dreams in music." Tina Nicole is thrilled for the opportunity and is excited about working with the youth. She believes that There is peace and safety in music. I dont ever want these teenagers to give up hope in their dreams. They all have talent, they all have passion, and now they just need someone to give them a chance."
