Voyager Jet Center Names Karl Foerster Vice President, Director of Operations

Experienced jet captain will manage fleet for leading Pittsburgh-based aircraft management firm

Mr. Foerster, previously the firm's chief pilot, brings more than 28 years of commercial and corporate aviation experience to the operations role.
