This year, Case Design/Remodeling, Inc.® was awarded the Bronze award for General Contractor/Residential ($26 million to $100 million) for their excellence in technology. They were selected among hundreds of entrants for their web-based software system Red House, which is named after their company logo.

The Red House system gathers critical client data and marketing demographics, schedules sales consultants to define and sell projects and schedules mechanics to do the actual work. The system also creates invoices and aids in tracking the jobs as they progress. Red House is an Internet based system that can be accessed by all approved users anywhere they have an Internet connection. The centralized nature of the system provides for better standardization, resulting in a consistent remodeling experience and creating more satisfied clients.

Red House is fully integrated with QuickBooks for invoicing, job costing and bookkeeping. Cases estimating system (CJES) communicates with Red House in order to allow for Job Cost Accounting, which provides the information for accurate estimates. This completes the circle for complete and reliable data.
