Interactive Website on The Horizon for Jungman Elementary School
Cano Company will be redesigning the Jungman Elementary School website. The new website will be interactive for both school and community use.
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) November 13, 2004 -- Cano Company will be redesigning Jungman Elementary Schools website, which is a public school located in Chicago, IL. The new website will be interactive allowing people within the school and the community to use it for information.
The new website for Jungman Elementary School will handle a host of functions. Each and every employee at the school, from the teachers to the engineers, will have a webpage on the new site. Teachers will have the opportunity to upload lesson plans, assignments and other documents as well. With this information being available in both English and Spanish, Jungmans website will not only be used as a communication platform within the school, but also as a community forum.
Jungman Elementary has been a fixture in Chicagos Pilsen community for over 100 years. The school enrolls students in grades K-8, mostly from a Hispanic background. Jungmans mission is to create a diverse environment of excellence and responsibility, which will foster intellectual and social skills. To do this the school knows it must not only involve the students in this process, but the community as well.
We are a goal-oriented school constantly looking for ways to improve our environment inside the school and the community," said Jungman Principal Mary Ellen Garcia-Humphrey. We want our website to be the benchmark for all Chicago schools."
Cano Company will be redesigning Jungmans website in order for it to become an interactive tool for the school and Chicagos Pilsen community. Cano will be doing this work pro bono. Jungman Elementary School is located in Chicago at 1756 Miller Rd.
