"Please devour this cookbook, for it is every bit as delicious and unique as it appears. Bake Jasper White's Grandmother's Pecan Pie, and you'll be transported to a simpler, and perhaps tastier, time. Prepare Ana Sortun's Armenian Bean and Walnut Pate and get carried away to a world of exotic flavors, without every leaving your kitchen. Or try Gordon Hamersley's Chilled Zucchini Soup with Curried Spices to better understand how an innovative recipe can change the way we taste and experience life. With more than 140 recipes herein for you to try, many of these signature dishes are now destined to become favorites of your own..."
