The Official Photographer For 'Art For The Heart' Benefiting CoachArt Organization - Effie Naddel

Effie Naddel donated his services to CoachArt's 1st annual fundraiser gala as the official photographer.

(PRWEB) November 14, 2004 -- Celebrities including Keanu Reeves, Carrie-Anne Moss and Sean Astin designed a total of 50 unique, heart-shaped plates that was fired and finished by Color Me Mine. They were displayed gallery-style at Christies. Each item was auctioned with a donated personal memorabilia piece.

The evening was a great success.Many celebrities attended and enjoyed a pleasent evening combined with coctails, food and music.

CoachArt serves pediatric and adolescent patients and their siblings in three ways:

OUTPATIENT LESSONS
CoachArt recruits art teachers, yoga instructors, music teachers, dancers, writers, photographers, actors and other professional instructors to donate ten lessons to CoachArt students. We match the student and coach based on activity, schedule and geographic proximity.

IN-HOSPITAL WORKSHOPS
Coaches from our volunteer network visit various playrooms and clinics in the hospital to provide workshops and lessons to inpatients, outpatients visiting for appointments and siblings waiting for their brother or sister.

PROGRAM EVENTS/FIELD TRIPS
CoachArt works with generous partners at academic institutions, entertainment studios, sporting events, museums and performance sites. CoachArt gives students the opportunity to watch a game or performance, participate in an educational workshop or explore a museum. We arrange special events in the evenings or during the weekend so our students do not miss school.
