NetLingo, the Internet dictionary has appointed Elemental PR for an initial six-month period focusing upon the UK and US. Consultancy is to commence at the end of November 2004 and will address B2B, B2C and P2P audiences; includes raising the profile of NetLingos Creator Erin Jansen.
