The agency will direct media coverage of the Ocala-based firm, which recycles used cell phones and remarkets them around the world

RMS Communications Group Inc., a re-marketer and recycler of used cell phones, announced today it has named Bill Frederick Communications Inc. of Tampa Bay its public relations agency of record. The full-service PR agency will direct media coverage for RMS, which is based in Ocala, Fla. It will also arrange media interviews for James Mosieur, RMS’ chief executive officer.
