Wizdom releases WizdomLive! 5.1.7, Comprehensive Project and Document Management Solution

New Release helps make managing projects easier, with enhanced project planning features and project team communication capabilities

Wizdom Systems, Inc.®, celebrating its 16th year as a leader in providing software, training, and solutions, today announced the release of WizdomLive! 5.1.7. WizdomLive! is an expert project and document management tool. It provides a platform for organizations to effectively plan projects, manage teams, and implement change.

We have redesigned the home page to include announcements and recent work completed to make managing projects easier as well as increased functionality in our project planning module. Newest features included in WizdomLive! release 5.1.7:

• Enhanced look and feel interface

• The ability to add announcements to project home pages to better communicate with team members

• Automatic alerts to team members when they are assigned a task to the project plan

• A list of the five most recently updated documents is now posted for easy to find files and work products

• Greater capability in the project management module making project management faster and more effective

• Discussion Page has been updated to be easier to use

WizdomLive! enhanced interface:

All project and company information is aggregated to each user’s home page. Everything the user has to do; tasks, meetings, announcements, recent files and projects are there to see.

Interface and capabilities of WizdomLive!‘s document management module:

Calendar items can be imported from MS Outlook and tracked via WizdomLive! for the entire team.

New and improved Project Overview screens allow teams to manage the schedule and resources all within WizdomLive! or export to MS Project.

WizdomLive! additionally gives you the following capabilities:

• 100% Web-based, no client downloads needed

• Ability to create templates allowing subsequent project teams to re-use valuable information

• Built in Gantt Chart in addition to being MS Project compatible

• Automatic Alerts!: Team members are automatically notified via email when files are checked into WizdomLive!

• Has a robust three-tier security design (with or without SSL), which ensures organizations and their partners have secure access to project content

• Links to the MS Outlook Calendar

• Provides Web Links to pointers in Asset Explorer so that the user is connected to web data anywhere anytime

• Can be linked to your favorite Wireless (PDA) device for anywhere anytime interaction
