We start with a 3 kg Scottish | Kobe rib roast from our pedigree Aberdeen Angus or Highland cattle. This beef has been aged for 21 days and will make a magnificent centrepiece for any Christmas dinner.

To help ensure that the rib roast achieves mouthwatering perfection, we've included a wireless meat thermometer. Simply put the probe into the roast: its connected via a thin cable to a small battery-operated transmitter that is placed outside the oven door. The pager-sized, goes-anywhere receiver will alert you when your meal is almost ready, and will display the interior meat temperature in real time.

Christmas "Tree"
It's quite a responsibility to plant a tree that will grow for up to 3,000 years. So be prepared -- a 12-18" inch potted Wellingtonia is included in your gift box.
