A lot of women are not interested in nice guys. The belief is they are too boring! Women want excitement, fun, adventure and someone who is spontaneous! That is usually until women reach a certain phase in their life.

Step #1: Write down the names of ten people you consistently talk to for more than ten minutes every week. Do not count customers but you can include co-workers.

Step #2: Write down next to each name how often you talk with these individuals (i.e., number of times a day, week, etc.).

Step #3: Now ask yourself, "Are the people I mostly talk with women or men?" In other words, which do you spend the most time talking with women or men?

If you answer “Men,” there is a chance you may not feel comfortable talking with women, lack confidence, have communication problems or you may get nervous approaching women, which is usually caused by anxiety.

If you answered, “Women,” it could mean you have the ability to obtain and hold a woman’s attention, able to hold a decent conversation, which is a great skill. It may also mean you feel comfortable around women. This increases your confidence.

Most people feel more comfortable around individuals that are like them, share similar beliefs, interests and experiences.
