Russom Recruited to Lead Pella's Replacement Division
Scott Russom, St. Louis construction industry leader, recruited by St. Louis' Keystone Partnership to lead Pella's midwestern replacement division.
St. Louis, MO (PRWEB) November 23, 2004 -- Scott Russom, former president of Bear Building Products Corp., replaces Steve Mace as Pella Windows & Doors' Replacement Division Manager. Russom joins Bruce Thompson in the tandem management model that has propelled Pella Windows & Doors to unsurpassed growth in the region during recent years. Russom and Thompson report to D. Preston Fancher, President of Pella Windows & Doors.
Russom, a fifteen-year veteran of the St. Louis construction products market, began his career as a sales associate of R.L. Jackson & Associates in 1988. A move to management in 1990 led to a Regional management position with Republic Builders Products, then Delden Manufacturing, where Russom led Delden's largest branch facility through a significant marketshare expansion while leading the corporate team responsible for updating the company's point-of-purchase literature, materials and displays.
Subsequent to his September start with Pella, Russom and partner Robert Roth (Ste. Genevieve, Missouri) private-labeled garage door components and marketed them under the trade name RANGERoverhead until the company closed in early 2004 due to volatility in the finished steel goods market.
Russom makes his home in St. Louis with wife Tracy and three daughters.
