Old Spice® Red Zone AP/DO Package Celebrated by Industry Peers at PACK EXPO 2004: Product Ventures Ltd was recognized with the prestigious AmeriStar Package Award for its innovative redesign of the Old Spice brand anti-perspirant/deodorant package, targeted at a younger, hip male market segment. Peter Clarke, agency founder & President, accepted the award at a gala reception held during PACK EXPO International in Chicago, one of the worlds largest packaging industry conferences.

About the AmeriStar Award:
The AmeriStar Package Awards honor the best packages of the year and is sponsored by the Institute of Packaging Professionals. Winning an AmeriStar is a mark of distinction for packaging professionals and an acknowledgment of excellence by their peers. The Institute received hundreds of submissions, with only 51 packages achieving award status. Winners are selected by a group of independent judges -- each experienced in the packaging business with specific knowledge about each category judged.

About the Award-winning Old Spice Red Zone AP/DO Package:
Working with client Procter & Gamble, Product Ventures rejuvenated the Old Spice deodorant package for an emerging market: the image conscious young male. The challenge was to create brand magic while leveraging P&Gs current production capabilities. Experienced with balancing existing capital investment and innovation, Product Ventures built a sports car on the chassis of a sedan. The resulting design appeals to the taste of the target market, is iconic and ownable, while based in business reality. This is not your granddads Old Spice!
