DENVER, CO (PRWEB) November 29, 2004 -- Bull and Bear Gifts (The Investor's Shop) is giving free online jigsaw puzzles to visitors to celebrate the 2004 Holiday Season. The 10 puzzles feature some of the intriguing art and designs in the shop.
They include:
Olympic Bull -- The Greek fresco depicted with live actors in the opening ceremony of the 2004 Olympic Games.
Majestic Sailing Ship --Brass replica of a 3-masted ship in full sail for Captains of Industry.
Woman With Coins -- Renaissance painting by Hans Holbein the Younger.
Lucites On Lighted Table -- It is hard to get a good photo of Lucite shapes but this one with colored lights beneath is one of the best we've seen.
Bull and Bear -- Our mascot business bear and business bull discussing Wall Street trends.
Globe -- Crystal globe made of 40 pieces in bird shapes.
Abacus -- A fun picture with colorful wooden beads. In our Executive Gifts Dept. we sell elegant, durable brass and marble abacuses.
NYSE and Flag -- This photo of the New York Stock Exchange is a puzzle in the shape of the US, with each piece a state! You'll be surprised at how many you don't recognize at first.
Paris Stock Exchange -- An impressionist-style picture made of pieces in the shape of Euros.
Ticker Replicas -- There are 108 pieces in swirl shapes. If it will take too long to sort out all the ticker tape, you can choose other shapes.
The games are created with popular software from Tibo, Ica-D and Jigzone. All are playable online and you may wish to look into downloading or creating puzzles on your home computer.
Still posted at the Website is the shop's 2003 gift to visitors, the "Financial Ups and Downs" Crossword puzzle in Adobe Acrobat PDF format, formatted to print well on 8-1/2" x 11" paper. It is an American-style crossword with straightforward definitions. With a total of 67 words and phrases, the puzzle is large but relatively easy, at least for people with an investment background or accounting vocabulary.
Also -- once again the Wall Street Museum (sponsored by Wall-Street.com and Bull and Bear Gifts) is offering its free, online calendar with historical picture. This year's feature is a Renaissance-era painting, "Woman with Coins", by Hans Holbein the younger. Go to http://www.wallstreetmuseum.org to get the calendar.
