Cogent Medical Systems (Mt Laurel, NJ) will become RamSoft USA, the United States affiliate of RamSoft, the Toronto based PACS and teleradiology software provider.

Laurel, NJ (PRWEB) November 27, 2004 -- Cogent Medical Systems, Inc (Mt Laurel, NJ) will become RamSoft USA, Inc, the United States affiliate of RamSoft, the Toronto based PACS and teleradiology software provider. RamSoft USAs product and service offerings will expand upon those previously offered as the National Sales Agent for RamSoft since July 1, 2004.
Paul J. Vilary, with over ten years experience in this market, will head RamSoft USAs operation as the National Sales Director. Prior to founding Cogent Medical Systems, Paul was the Vice President of Sales for a Systems Integrator and National Distributor of RadWorks Software in the US market. "RamSoft has developed an extremely comprehensive product offering. We can respond to the needs of facilities whether it is basic teleradiology, or filmless PACS deployment," said Mr. Vilary. RamSoft USA will continue to expand direct and distribution sales of RamSoft, and offer software only and turnkey solutions, integrated with appropriate hardware to provide a total digital imaging solution. RamSoft solutions will be on display at the RSNA conference in booth 8320.
RamSoft has been developing software for the Hospital and Imaging Center Market since 1994, offering a web based Digital Imaging Solution as well as key software components to address the needs of Hospital, Imaging Center, and IDN facilities to provide solutions from basic Teleradiology needs to PACS.
