This European instrumental music is given new world overtones by steel bands and marimba sounds, contrasted and supported by synthesizers including a classic Mega Moog.

These arrangements or 'remixes' highlight the counter-point and harmony of the original and are true to the score. But we hear the music in a new context and familliar tunes are presented in a fresh ear-catching remix. Steel Drums and Marimbas seem to evoke the sunny and relaxing environments of Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean islands of the West Indies.
