Las Vegas Real Estate Growth Task Force
The Las Vegas Growth Task Force discusses issues that could affect the Las Vegas housing market.
(PRWEB) December 15, 2004 -- The Las Vegas growth task force has met again and is discussing how the cost and lack of land is affecting the Las Vegas housing market.
The Las Vegas growth task force has debated as to whether to make recommendations to the county commissioners to widen the disposal boundaries in order to open up more of the Bureau of Land Management land to offset the supply and demand to help lower the Las Vegas real estate housing cost. In order to allow Las Vegas to grow at a more reasonable rate of growth the Las Vegas growth task force must create a vision of what Las Vegas wants to look like 30 to 40 years down the road.
Presently at the rate at which the Las Vegas Homes are increasing in sales price, it has been predicted that by the year 2008 homes within the Las Vegas Valley could see an increase of almost 200 percent in sales price.
If the Las Vegas growth task force can come to a consensus for a footprint of growth and the county commission will agree, Las Vegas and its rapid growing real estate market will stand the test of time for many generations to come.
