TeamCAST allows a document manager to quickly assign and distribute sections of a document automatically as tasks to one or many recipients through an automated routing process. These sub documents can be sent either serial or parallel and can contain the entire document for context or just the tasks assigned to a recipient. Background messaging keeps the document manager informed on each task status and robust reporting features help management track the progress of the project.
