Atlanta Non-Profit Organizations Recognizes Unsung Heroines in the Community

The Womens Employment Opportunity Project, Inc, (WEOP), presents Glitz, Glamour & Giving, a fundraiser that honors a circle of inspirational women who are making an impact in metro-Atlanta on Sunday, December 5, 2005 from 3:00 -- 6:00 p.m. at Wimbish Mansion, 1150 Peachtree St., N.E. All Proceeds will benefit WEOP.

Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) December 1, 2004 -- The Womens Employment Opportunity Project, Inc, (WEOP), presents Glitz, Glamour & Giving, a fundraiser that honors a circle of inspirational women who are making an impact in metro-Atlanta on Sunday, December 5, 2005 from 3:00 -- 6:00 p.m. at Wimbish Mansion, 1150 Peachtree St., N.E. All Proceeds will benefit WEOP.

The event features an awards ceremony, a celebration of the participants and success stories of W.E.O.P., live entertainment and a fashion show. The circle of honorees include: Patsy Jo Hilliard, Mayor of East Point; Ms. Myrna Moore, TBS, Director of Community Affairs/Host of STORYLINE; Ms. Joyce E. Davis, Senior Editor, Upscale Magazine; and Ms. Charlotte Johnson, Economic Development Specialist, U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). The hostess for the event will be Mrs. Andrea Arceneaux-Coleman, Editor/Publisher of Southwest Atlanta Magazine. Featuring music by Gregory (Milkshake) Mayfield and fashions from K. Alexander Boutique, a sophisticated boutique that carries classic Euro styled designs for men and women. Tickets for the event are $40.00 and can be purchased through WEOP
