Master baker Dominique Geulin will offer a selection of authentic holiday favorites, including two seasonal desserts from his familyÂs bakery in Normandy: Apple Chiboust, a pastry filled with apples baked and soaked with pommeau and topped with cream; Flan aux Abricots, baked custard topped with apricot halves, as well as a new dessert created by pastry chef Bill Raes, Caramel Nut Tarte with hazelnuts, pecans, and pistachios in caramel. If you canÂt decide what to give, pick up a St. Honoré gift card in any denomination  a perfect stocking stuffer or hostess gift.
ÂGrowing up in Normandy, the holidays were filled with special breads and desserts, says Geulin. ÂI always looked forward to helping my family prepare the seasonal Bûche de Noël and the Christmas sweet bread. Now I can share my traditions with my customers  and my own children.Â
