Systems LLC (Peachtree City, Georgia) Partner in a Strategic Technical Support Agreement that Ensures Check 21 Compliant VOID Pantographs with Advanced Print Performance.
Adlertech International Inc. and Optical Deterrent Systems LLC, leading providers of VOID pantograph technology to the print industry, have signed a comprehensive technical support agreement. Effective November 22, 2004, Adlertech assumes all technical support duties on behalf of ODS for licensees.
(PRWEB) December 2, 2004 -- The technical support agreement ensures that Optical Deterrent Systems commercial licensees can become compliant with ANSI X 9.7 requirements for Check 21. Check 21 is the biggest operational change for the banking industry in decades. Banks will no longer be required to exchange paper checks; they will be able to electronically scan and image those same checks and exchange the images instead of the paper checks. In order to make the operations efficient these new check images must scan clean; the VOID Pantographs must drop out and not be seen in the scan.
