Bidmachine Announces Expanded Robust Automatic Auction Relisting

Now bidmachine offers expanded features in their relisting filter that allows sellers to implement their sophisticated selling strategies in automated fashion by allowing sellers to specify certain parameters to the way their auctions are listed.

(PRWEB) December 3, 2004 -- High volume eBay sellers depend on automatic relisting" of their closed auctions to maintain a high selling volume. Because listing and relisting auctions in the traditional way is too time consuming, many sellers have turned to the auction management service bidmachine (bidmachine.com) to continually list their auctions for them.

Now bidmachine offers expanded features in their relisting filter that allows sellers to implement their sophisticated selling strategies in automated fashion by allowing sellers to specify certain parameters to the way their auctions are listed.

Sellers can now:
-Specify a specific time-window that auctions should be relisted.
(in other relisting scenarios, a buy-it-now purchase can end an auction at 3am, making the subsequent relisted auction start at 3am -- this is not an optimal hour for selling merchandise!)

Auctions that close outside of the time-window will have relisting delayed until the next available relisting time.

-Specify specific days that auctions should be relisted.
(sellers know what days their auctions sell best, and they dont want to waste time or money listing them on another day)

Auctions that close on a no-relisting day will have relisting delayed until the next available relisting day.

-Apply a spending limit on eBay fees accrued by relisting non-selling items. (let bidmachine decide that an item just isnt selling and stop the relisting cycle!)

Sellers can specify that when their listing fees reach either the minimum bid, the buy it now price, the reserve price, or a custom amount, bidmachine will no long relist the auction. If an auction sells, the accruing fees become reset to zero to let the cycle begin again. The accruing fees can also be manually reset so that sellers can extend the cycle.

-Only relist to certain specified limit.
When listing an auction, its important to have the item available in your inventory. Because bidmachine is also a full-featured inventory system, sellers can specify that an auction should only relist if there are 3 (for example) available in inventory. This keeps the listings continually on eBay with the peace of mind that you have the available stock to fulfill the auctions when they sell.

Sellers can also specify a custom relisting limit to an auction. For example, if they want to do a test run" of an item on eBay and decide that they are going to list an item 30 times and evaluate its profitability, they can specify that bidmachine should only relist the item 30 times. This accruing relisting quantity can also be manually reset to extend the cycle.
