Scholle Acquires Bag Making Assets of Arena ZME
Scholle, the major global supplier of bag-in-box packaging solutions, acquires bag making assets of Arena ZME.
Breda, The Netherlands (PRWEB) December 3, 2004 -- Scholle Corporation has acquired the bag making assets and business of Arena ZME in Hucknall, U.K. This includes equipment to produce form-fit as well as pillow shaped bags for IBCs (intermediate bulk containers) used for transporting liquids. Arena is an injection molding company and will continue on in that business, supplying caps and spouts to Scholle and other manufacturers.
