Jamaica Rock 'n' Blues Jam 2005 Now Accepting Artist Submissions

Jamaica Rock 'n Blues Jam - the week-long jam festival - is selecting musicians to fill showcase performances on September 5-10, 2005.

(PRWEB) December 3, 2004 -- Now in its 5th year, the Jamaica Rock 'n' Blues Jam is an 8 day, 7 night jam festival featuring live musical performances from rock and blues bands. The festival takes place at Hedonism III resort in Runaway Bay, Jamaica from September 4-11, 2005.

Performers range from up-and-coming to well-known artists - all of whom are tremendously talented musicians. Both rock and blues musicians are invited to perform, and artists must be entertainers as well as performers. Solo artists and duos are preferred. Some knowledge of jam sessions is required, as you will be performing with other artists. The deadline for submissions is February 15, 2005.

Selected artists will be offered full festival publicity and will be listed on all promotional flyers, posters and postcards, as well as listed on the t-shirts, websites and much more. Musicians will be granted access to all festival events including jam sessions. Bands may sell their CDs and other merchandise at the event. Artists will be compensated for their performances in the way of airport/resort transfers, accommodations, meals, drinks, activities, tips, and taxes, plus a small performance fee.
