This announcement by SDG Managing Partner and CEO Jason M. Neal follows recently announced plans for a luxurious apartment development at the exclusive Jacks Point golf resort in Queenstown, New Zealand.
We have identified a rapidly growing demand for high-end apartments in New Zealand, but very few developments which can be classed as luxurious." says Neal, This is a unique opportunity to redefine the luxury segment of the New Zealand real estate market."
Originally from New Zealand and now residing in the United States, Mr. Neal is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 15 years real estate experience in both New Zealand and the United States.
SDG is a collaboration between Mr. Neals U.S-based company JumpStart Capital, and private equity and venture capital firm Funk Ventures, headed by entrepreneur turned investor Andy J. Funk. SDG was formed to conduct high-end, ultra-luxurious residential and hotel developments in the worlds most exclusive locations.
