Boston/Los Angeles, (PRWEB) December 4, 2004
Discovery Channel once again teams up with Viewpoint Creative to develop and produce the promotional package for their newest special presentation ÂRameses  Wrath of God or Man? This is the latest in a year-long series of advertising and promotional projects that Viewpoint Creative has done for the network. Others include ÂNefertiti Resurrected and ÂColumbus: Secrets from the GraveÂ. Each special features exciting archeological discoveries and modern forensic technology that, together, reshape the way we look at history.
Viewpoint CreativeÂs Joseph Kiely (Creative Director, Design) comments, ÂEach of these projects has involved a wonderful creative partnership between Viewpoint Creative and the Discovery on-air and marketing team and Rameses is no exception. Our approach was to begin epic, ushering the viewer into the world of the great Egyptian Pharaoh then to pull the rug out revealing this fantastic murder mystery lurking below the surface. And we wanted to do it in a contemporary way that modern audiences can relate to.Â
Working closely with the Discovery, ViewpointÂs creative team fleshed out the concept and production design. The project was filmed in Los Angeles by Viewpoint Director, Patrick Kiely. Editorial, composite and soundtrack were completed in Boston. The final campaign includes TV spots, on-air teases and radio. ÂRameses: Wrath of God or Man? will air in December.
