London, England (PRWEB) December 6, 2004 -- Hosted by FHM at London's trendy 'Sketch' restaurant, King of Shaves AlphaGel DDS Natural Unmentholated Shaving Gel was voted Winner in the hotly contested 'Best Wet Shaving Product' category.
King of Shaves beat out strong competition from Gillette, Wilkinson Sword, Nivea for Men and Clinique for Men to scooop the top awards. King of Shaves has come runner up in the category several times before, and the brand has been nominated in seven of the nine FHM Awards. King of Shaves K-24|8 Men's Active Moisturiser was also Commended in the 'Best Men's Moisturiser' category.
FHM is the top selling men's magazine in the UK, with over three million men reading the title monthly. It launched in the UK in 1993, and is now one of the world's best selling monthly men's titles.
The win comes hot on the heels of the XCD Perfecter product winning 'Best Grooming Innovation' at FHM USA's Grooming Awards, held in New York earlier this year, and King of Shaves also winning 'Best Shaving Product' in FHM Thailand's inaugural Awards held in November.
